Mayors Council Transportation Referendum
Client Overview:
The Mayors' Council serves as the unified voice of Metro Vancouver residents on transit and transportation matters. As a key component of TransLink’s governance structure, the council plays a pivotal role in shaping regional mobility, approving critical plans related to transit service levels, major infrastructure projects, and regional funding strategies. Their leadership ensures a sustainable, efficient, and well-connected transportation network for the region’s growing communities.
Project Overview:
As part of the 2015 transit referendum awareness campaign led by the Vancouver Mayors' Council, I served as the lead designer for the print component while working at KIMBO Design, a digital agency in downtown Vancouver. The campaign aimed to educate and engage Metro Vancouver residents on the proposed transit initiatives, ensuring broad accessibility and inclusivity. To effectively reach the region’s diverse communities, all materials were produced in both English and Mandarin, maximizing awareness and participation across the population.
